McNulty Group Inc., was established in 1998 by Chuck McNulty. We are a full service commercial real estate brokerage that serves both the Central Florida area as well as Indianapolis, Indiana. We specialize in industrial, commercial, office property sales, leasing, development and consultation.

Over the past ten years we have grown substantially and have added new members to our team. In the past three years alone, our sales and leasing have totaled over 76 million dollars!

	David Hammett Orlando, FL Office David Hammett is a Sales Associate who started with McNulty Group Inc in 2004. David is a native of South Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1989. David has 18 years experience with Publix in a retail management. David believes in 100% client satisfaction and is able to provide our clients with all of their real estate needs using his professionalism, knowledge and expertise in our field.
	Jennifer Creekmore Orlando, FL Office Jennifer Creekmore started with McNulty Group Inc in 2004 as Chucks assistant. She grew up in Central Florida. Over the last four years, Jennifer has assisted Chuck and David in helping to grow the company in the real estate and development areas as well as the construction side and property management setup. Jennifer is also a notary public and holds a real estate license.
